A. Current and previous landlord references
B. Credit check
C. Recorded and unrecorded FED, collections, judgments
D. Verification of income
All information provided that is incomplete, inaccurate, or falsified, shall be grounds for denial of the application.
Reasons for a rejection will not be discussed.
