How much is your deposit?

What does it take to get into your apartments?
Q: How much is your deposit ?
A:
Our deposit is $350. $275 of that is a refundable cleaning deposit, and $75 is a non-refundable administration fee.
Q: Do you accept HUD, or other rent assistance programs?
A:
At this time we currently do not accept HUD, or rent assistance from any other programs whether they be government run or not.
Q: Do you allow pets?
A:
Unlike most apartments we do allow pets. However they must be under
twenty pounds
, and we must also first receive a non-refundable pet deposit of $300.
Q: Do you charge an application fee?
A:
Yes. Our application fee is $35. However, If you are approved $35 will be applied to your first months rent.
Q: What does it take to get into your apartments?
A:
To move into the Anjou Club first you must turn in a complete application, and credit information release form. (found on our application page) After approval we need you deposit of $350 to hold your unit until you move in. On your move in day before you move in we need a pro-rated amount for your first month based on the day you move in.
